Belle Hosoda Mamoru, the most awaited animation feature, came to the US theater starting January 14, 2022.
Belle opened the theater and on the IMAX screen in the original Japanese language and the All-New English Dubbed version on January 14, 2022, with exclusive IMAX preview in a particular market starting January 12, 2022.
Mamoru is an established director who holds the Academy Award nomination and the Golden Globes nomination for Mirai’s previous film. It also won the Annie award for the best animation features.
The creative team of this film includes Japanese and international artists such as Jin Kim (frozen, tangled, big hero 6, Moana) who conducted character designs and created Belle’s appearance, Eric Wong concept artists, and Oscar-nominated Wolfwalkers Tomm Moore and Ross Stewart Saloon cartoon (Song of the Sea, Kells secret).
GKID will release theater in the original and the new English version is nicknamed.
