Step 2: Now, take a pea-size bit of fluoride toothpaste on the upper side of the brush.

Step 3: Move your brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum streak.

Step 4: With the help of minor circular motion, move the brush slowly across the teeth. Don’t press so much on your teeth.

Step 5: Now, you need to clean the inside of front teeth, position the head downwards toward inside the mouth & move the brush in a minor circle.

Step 6: Inside the top front teeth, place the brush at an angle in the top & bottom position with the tip towards the mouth’s roof.

Step 7: After completing the brushing for two minutes, wash your mouth with water and normal mouthwash.

Step 8: It is very significant to change the toothbrush after every three to four months and use only a soft-bristled toothbrush.

Tips for Proper Flossing:

Step 1: Eliminate nearly 18-inch bit of floss from the dispenser.

Step 2: Breeze the floss everywhere with the help of the hand’s middle fingers, and then leaving a 1-inch part open for flossing. First, floss the upper teeth and then the bottom teeth.

Step 3: Angle the floss in your mouth, and with the help of middle fingers, you have to push the floss between the teeth. Don’t push so hard otherwise; your gums will be injured.

Step 4: Move the floss upward and downward against the gum line. It makes a C-shape all over the tooth as you floss.

Step 5: You have to floss between every tooth and behind the back teeth.

Step 6: Use a clean part of the floss as required and use floss by turning it around the fingers.
