Castor Oil

One can take some organic castor oil and then take a piece of flannel cloth or wool along with a hot water bottle or a hot pack. One needs to soak the flannel in castor oil and then wring out the excess oil and then place it on the lower abdomen after lying down. Then wrap the abdomen with a plastic wrap and then place a hot bottle on it. Keep it for 20 minutes and then clean the area with soap and water. One can do this 3 to 4 times a week to get positive results.
